The law firm is seeking a Patent Attorney for their office in Des Moines, IA. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with patent law, including filing and prosecuting patents, rendering patentability and clearance opinions, drafting patent applications, performing due diligence, and other related legal services. Job Overview The Patent Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal services related to patent law, offering expert guidance on patent preparation, patent applications, patentability assessment, and due diligence. This position requires a high level of expertise in patent law and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clients and colleagues. The attorney will be expected to handle various aspects of patent law, and their contributions will significantly impact the firm's intellectual property practice.
