Immigration Attorney – South Florida

A growing South Florida law firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop or expand their immigration practice while working in a busy, collaborative environment with opportunities for increasing responsibility.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

\n
• 0–5 years of immigration law experience
\n
• Active Bar license in any U.S. state
\n
• Experience with family-based and/or employment-based immigration preferred
\n
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and multiple deadlines
\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills
\n
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
\n
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
\n
• Experience with Docketwise is a plus, but the firm is willing to train the right candidate
\n

Position Details:

• In-person position – NOT remote
\n
• Full-time opportunity; part-time arrangements may also be considered
\n
• Practice includes both family-based and employment-based immigration
\n
• High-volume environment offering significant hands-on experience
\n
• Opportunity to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
\n
