\nSalary Range: $90,000 – $135,000 (Based on experience)

\n \nJob Responsibilities
\n1) Representing clients at Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before the Immigration Court (NYC &
\nother jurisdictions)
\n2) Attending USCIS interviews: Adjustment of Status, Stokes, I-751, Naturalization
\n3) Preparing and filing motions, evidence packets, joint motions, appeals, and legal briefs
\n4) Litigating SIJS petitions before New York Family Courts
\n5) Supervising skilled immigration paralegals
\n6) Visiting clients held in immigration or criminal detention
\n \nWhat We’re Looking For
\n1) Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience
\n2) Spanish fluency preferred (but not required)
\n3) Strong courtroom presence and writing skills
\n4) Passion for immigrant justice, human dignity, and legal excellence
\n5) Team player ready to contribute and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact firm
\n6) Admission to the Bar in any state.
\nNew Jersey/New York Bar preferred
