DENTAL FRONT DESK / PATIENT COORDINATOR

Our growing, modern dental practice in Port Jervis, NY is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team!

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys  helping people, staying organized, and creating a great experience for patients? If so, you may be exactly who we’re looking for!

We are a  patient-focused dental practice with an excellent reputation and amazing patient reviews , and we’re looking for someone who will be a warm, friendly face for our patients from the moment they walk through the door.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting and checking in/out patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Confirming appointments and communicating with patients
• Coordinating treatment and helping patients understand their next steps
• Verifying insurance and assisting with billing and payments
• Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk
• Working closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Someone who takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and cared for
• Dental front-office experience is a MUST!
