Business Immigration Paralegal | Multiple Locations | Hybrid | Long-Term Contract

Trustpoint.One has been exclusively engaged to identify an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal for a long-term temporary opportunity with a highly regarded law firm in any of their offices .

\n

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration professional who can step in and work closely with Immigration Partners while handling sophisticated business immigration matters. The firm offers a supportive, collegial environment, hybrid schedule and flexibility around a traditional 9–5 schedule.

\n

\n

What You'll Do:

\n

\n
• Prepare employment-based immigration petitions, including drafting supporting letters and identifying required documentation
\n
• Manage the PERM process , including recruitment cycles and development of PERM audit files
\n
• Research Department of Labor classifications, NAICS classifications, prevailing wages, and consular procedures
\n
• Communicate directly with corporate clients, government agencies, and third parties
\n
• Monitor immigration developments and procedural changes, including AILA updates
\n
• Work directly with Immigration Partners on active matters and client needs
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n
• 5+ years of business/employment immigration experience within a law firm or corporate immigration function
\n
• Strong hands-on PERM experience
\n
• Bachelor's degree
\n
• Ability to independently manage deadlines, documentation, research, and client communication
\n
• Strong writing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skill
\n
• Hybrid - In any of the firm's offices
\n
• Full-time; approximately 9–5 with some flexibility
\n
• Long-term temporary assignment
\n
• Supportive and collegial team
\n
